2. サイトが集める情報
本サイトは、以下の外部サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスを通じて、訪問者のアクセス元情報 (IPアドレス、User-Agent等) は各サービス側で配信・解析の過程で処理されます。
- 配信基盤 (Cloudflare Pages): サイトの配信過程でアクセス元IP、User-Agent等が標準的なCDNのログとして処理されます。詳細はCloudflare社のプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。
- アクセス解析 (Cloudflare Web Analytics): 配信時に各ページへCloudflare社のWeb Analyticsのbeaconスクリプトが自動的に挿入されています。匿名化済の統計を収集し、cookieは使用しません (= Cloudflare社の公表仕様)。詳細はCloudflare社のプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com): フォントの読込時にGoogle社のサーバーへのリクエストが発生し、アクセス元情報がGoogle社側で処理されます。
- jsdelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net): 一部ページでライブラリ (force-graph等) の読込時にCDNへのリクエストが発生します。
- cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com): 一部ページでライブラリ (Chart.js等) の読込時にCDNへのリクエストが発生します。
本サイトのプログラムは、cookieを設定していません。また、問い合わせフォーム・投稿フォーム等は設置していません。外部サービス側の挙動は各社の方針を参照してください。
3. localStorageの利用
一部ページ (例: /map/ のフィルター設定) で、ブラウザ内の表示設定を保存する目的でlocalStorageを利用します。保存内容はブラウザ内にとどまり、本サイトのサーバーや外部へ送信されません。
4. Google APIの利用 (rclone)
本サイトの一部コンテンツの公開作業 (例: 観測記録の更新) で、運営者本人がrclone (= 汎用ファイル転送ツール) を用いて運営者自身のGoogle Driveのファイルを読み書きするためにGoogle APIを利用します。
- Google APIを利用するのは運営者本人のみであり、訪問者のアカウント・データには一切アクセスしません。
- 第三者のデータには触れません。
- 取得したデータを他者に提供・販売することはありません。
- 本利用はGoogle API Services User Data Policy (特定用途制限を含む) に従います。

- cookie (= 本サイトのプログラムは設定しません、ただし配信基盤・外部サービス側の挙動は各社のプライバシーポリシーを参照)
- 広告配信・リターゲティング用のトラッカースクリプト (= 現時点で検出なし)
- 問い合わせフォーム・投稿フォーム (= 現時点で未設置)

2. What this site collects
The site relies on the following external services. Each service processes visitor connection metadata (IP address, User-Agent, etc.) on its own side as part of normal CDN delivery and analytics:
- Hosting (Cloudflare Pages) — delivery logs on Cloudflare's side.
- Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) — a beacon script is injected into each page at delivery time by the hosting layer; cookie-less, aggregated statistics (per Cloudflare's published spec).
- Google Fonts — font files loaded from Google's servers.
- jsdelivr / cdnjs — JavaScript libraries loaded from CDNs on a subset of pages.
The site's own code does not set cookies, and does not host any input or contact forms. For third-party behaviour, see each service's policy.
3. localStorage
Some pages (e.g. filter chips on /map/) use the browser's localStorage to remember per-visitor display preferences. The data stays in the browser; nothing is transmitted to the site or to third parties.
4. Google API use (rclone)
For publishing a small subset of content, the operator personally uses rclone (a general file-transfer tool) to read and write files in the operator's own Google Drive.
- Google API access is performed only by the operator, against the operator's own Drive.
- No access to visitor accounts or third-party data.
- No onward sharing or sale of retrieved data.
- Use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
